Poor service rubbish

I ordered a cake for my daughter's 11th birthday 2 weeks before the her birthday only to turn up and there was no cake, no order to be found. Very very disappointed and to make matters worse? The cake we got as a substitute was so dry no one enjoyed it and everyone commented on it. Not happy
